2026 Minutes

On August 23, 2026, the Havartians had their first official meeting of the club at the home of Kathy, our Hostess Extraordinaire. Thanks to all in attendance, we feasted on ample apps and a sumptious dinner. There may have been a few cocktails consumed as well.

The meeting was called to order at 3:50 by President Gail.
Attendees: Mary, Sandi, Jo, Diane, Gail, Kathy, and Mary Ann.
Absent: Debbie – but Diane acted as her proxy.
President Gail introduced the official Havarti Oath. It was recited in unison and then signed and dated by each member.
Mary Ann then formally installed the officers of the club and presented each with a hunk of cheese, representative of their official duties.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned and we moved on to ETERTAINMENT – which we will not put in writing.

The next meeting of the Havarti Club will be in the spring 2027, the date and time to be announced.
